Is it OK to get the bicycle delivered or collected in the places other than one’s house or accommodation?
Yes, it is. We will deliver and collect it wherever our carrier track passes.
Can’t you deliver and collect the bicycle in Non-delivery area or Non-collection area?
Yes, we can. Please feel free to contact us, and we will make the estimate separately.
I want to get off at the last stop and don’t need the drop-off of a short course. Is it possible?
Yes, it is. You can enjoy sightseeing and playing in Beppu and Yufuin where you get off.

* Cautions on bicycle rental reservation
- Since it sometimes takes time for us to reply, please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance when you do it on our website.
- We accept a telephone reservation including a reservation on the day. However, it may take some time for the preparation of delivery arrangement.
Therefore we recommend you to make a telephone reservation at least 1 day in advance.
